<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Para enseñaros  sobre las <strong>frutas que  quitan el hambre </strong><em>tengo que hablaros sobre las frutas más saciantes vs menos saciantes</em><strong> </strong>primero debo mostraros los criterios que afectan a ésta clasificación.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Sabemos que hay muchos factores que hacen unos <strong>alimentos más saciantes</strong> que otros. Entre ellos tenemos la composición de<em> macronutrientes, textura, densidad energética.</em></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Por otro lado ,y no menos importante, hay que tener en cuenta que la regulación del apetito o hambre es determinada por muchos más factores que no dependen del alimento, como factores sociales, psicológicos, hormonales&#8230; y sobre todo personales. </p>



<h3 class="has-text-align-center wp-block-heading">Composición de  las frutas</h3>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Dentro de la composición de macronutrientes de las <strong>frutas</strong>, encontramos <a href="https://trilogiadenutricion.site/nutrientes/hidratos-de-carbono-2020/">hidratos de carbono</a>, <a href="https://trilogiadenutricion.site/nutrientes/proteinas-2020/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">proteínas</a>, agua y muy poquita <a href="https://trilogiadenutricion.site/nutrientes/lipidos-2020/">grasa </a>o casi ninguna( salvo excepciones como el <em>aguacate, coco, aceituna</em>).</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Como ya sabéis, <em>y si no para eso estoy</em>, la proteína es el macronutriente más <strong>saciante </strong>por excelencia, seguido de los carbohidratos y por último las grasas. El agua sería más <strong>saciante </strong>que las grasas pero al no contener energía  lo trataremos aparte.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Como ya he comentado en entradas anteriores la <a href="https://trilogiadenutricion.site/nutrientes/que-es-la-fibra-alimentaria/">fibra alimentaria</a> forma parte de los carbohidratos, y aquí hay tres<em> buenísimas noticias</em> que daros. La primera es que la fibra es muy saciante, y según gustos podría incluso superar a la proteína, la segunda es que las frutas <em>¡tienen mucha fibra!</em> y la tercera es que la fibra de la <strong>fruta </strong>nos aporta muchos beneficios para nuestra salud.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Por lo que según estos datos el orden de la <strong>frutas más saciantes</strong> se clasificaría por su cantidad de proteína y fibra en primer lugar, seguido del resto de carbohidratos, donde también influyen los carbohidratos complejos son preferibles a los simples, seguiríamos con su cantidad de agua y por último casi inapreciable su cantidad de grasa. </p>



<p class="has-luminous-vivid-amber-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph" style="font-size:21px">¡Vaya!   ¿así de sencillo?</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pues lamento decirte que no, la verdad es que las frutas están compuestas por diferentes macronutrientes ( y no de uno solo, que haría mucho más fácil la clasificación) y aún no se sabe a ciencia cierta como afectan esas combinaciones al nivel de saciedad.</p>

<p class="has-drop-cap wp-block-paragraph">El coco es una de las <strong>frutas </strong>con más proteínas y fibra, entonces sería muy saciante, peeero también es el que más grasa aporta y por ello muy denso energéticamente. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nuestro objetivo con elegir frutas saciantes ,a largo plazo, es reducir la ingesta energética  en un día/semana, entonces quizás sea mejor opción tomarme dos manzanas que tienen 4 veces menos energía y seguramente me sacie más a pesar de tener menos cantidad de fibra y de proteína. ¿ no crees?</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Entonces ¿Cómo hacemos una clasificación de las frutas más saciantes y que más nos interesan?</h3>



<p class="has-text-color wp-block-paragraph" style="color:#78633f;font-size:21px">Pues teniendo en cuenta principalmente su densidad energética y nuestro gusto personal.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Al elegir las frutas con menos densidad energética podremos comer más cantidad, que al fin y al cabo, la cantidad del alimento , y la distensión en el estómago que ello provoca, es un factor muy influyente sobre la saciedad, por otro lado el simple acto de masticar también nos manda señales de saciedad, y logicamente tardamos más en comernos dos manzanas que la misma energía en un trozo de coco.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Nuestro gusto personal también lo tenemos que tener muy en cuenta, pues muchas veces, nuestra hambre es <em>emocional,</em> y esa hambre emocional se calma con algo que te guste, sin importarle tanto las kcal que ello conlleva. En este caso si comes una fruta poco densa y que tu gusto por ella es escaso, te saciará de manera insuficiente. Aquí es donde debes buscar un equilibrio entre las frutas menos densas energéticamente y las que más te gusten, pero ¿sabes que? la gran mayoría de frutas son muy bajas energéticamente, así que nuestra elección será muy sencilla y amplia. Realmente frente a cualquier tipo de bolleria, chocolate, galleta y demas productos procesados, la fruta le gana por goleada. Así que siempre que elijas cualquier fruta antes que un producto procesado de este tipo, ya estarás ganando la batalla mas importante.</p>
